For roles and shifts that must be CQC compliant, the system allows candidates to be uploaded and can only be proposed once strict guidelines and information is provided into the system.
Online time sheeting
Allows both manager and candidate access to online timesheets to validate their hours and allow payment to be made for work completed. Fully secure with integrated substitute approvers, and full audit trail.
Allows the agency to upload candidates in advance of requirements and to monitor their placements and status throughout the process. They are also able to upload compliance documents and any relevant training qualifications.
Locum Bank self service
Allows the Locum staff to view any upcoming shifts they have, or have completed and any they would like to make themselves available for. They can also access their online timesheets and update relevant contact details and training information.
Integrated Permanent recruitment and on-boarding modules
The system can incorporate permanent recruitment from advertising, initial applications, throughout the screening, shortlisting and interviewing process. It also includes full on-boarding and pre-employment modules.
